The President of EDS Infrastrutture S.p.A., to pursue the continuous improvement of its performance, has decided to maintain the Quality System, compliant with UNI EN ISO 9001 standards, with the precise objective of ensuring company improvement.
The satisfaction of the external customer is pursued by planning its own processes, to achieve the objectives agreed upon in the contractual phase.
EDS Infrastrutture S.p.A. has determined the external and internal factors relevant to its objectives and strategic directions and which influence its ability to achieve the expected results for its Quality Management System.
The Company's objective is to ensure that all activities are developed efficiently and economically, activating a company management system based on the following fundamental principles and objectives:

Implement process monitoring, continuous improvement of the quality management system and reduction of inefficiencies in the organizational and technical management of the company;
