The principles of truthfulness, loyalty, fairness, and transparency form the basis of relationships between the companies of the Group, respecting the autonomy of each company and their specific areas of operation.

Relationships with authorities and public institutions, as well as those with customers and suppliers, are detailed, particularly in operations related to tendering, contracts, licenses, and concessions.

The Code also manages all actions related to environmental protection and compliance, as well as commitment to the community. Finally, it establishes a Supervisory Body that sanctions any behaviors not in line with ethics.
